حکایتی جالب در خصوص مشکلات زندگی

استادي درشروع كلاس درس ، ليواني پراز آب به دست گرفت. آن را بالا گرفت كه همه ببينند.بعد از شاگردان پرسيد: به نظر شما وزن اين ليوان چقدر است ؟  
 شاگردان جواب دادند  50 گرم ، 100 گرم ، 150 گرم ........ استاد گفت : من هم بدون وزن كردن ، نمي دانم دقيقا' وزنش چقدراست . اما سوال من اين است : اگر من اين ليوان آب را چند دقيقه همين طور نگه دارم ، چه اتفاقي خواهد افتاد ؟ شاگردان گفتند : هيچ اتفاقي نمي افتد . استاد پرسيد :خوب ، اگر يك ساعت همين طور نگه دارم ، چه اتفاقي مي افتد ؟ يكي از شاگردان گفت : دست تان كم كم درد ميگيرد.
حق با توست . حالا اگر يك روز تمام آن را نگه دارم چه ؟
شاگرد ديگري جسارتا' گفت : دست تان بي حس مي شود . عضلات به شدت تحت فشار قرار ميگيرند و فلج مي شوند . و مطمئنا' كارتان به بيمارستان خواهد كشيد ....... و همه شاگردان خنديدند . استاد گفت : خيلي خوب است . ولي آيا در اين مدت وزن ليوان تغييركرده است ؟ شاگردان جواب دادند : نه
پس چه چيز باعث درد و فشار روي عضلات مي شود ؟ درعوض من چه بايد بكنم ؟
شاگردان گيج شدند . يكي از آنها گفت : ليوان را زمين بگذاريد.
استاد گفت : دقيقا' مشكلات زندگي هم مثل همين است .
اگر آنها را چند دقيقه در ذهن تان نگه داريد اشكالي ندارد . اگر مدت طولاني تري به آنها فكر كنيد ، به درد خواهند آمد . اگر بيشتر از آن نگه شان داريد ، فلج تان مي كنند و ديگر قادر به انجام كاري نخواهيد بود. فكركردن به مشكلات زندگي مهم است . اما مهم تر آن است كه درپايان هر روز و پيش از خواب ، آنها را زمين بگذاريد. به اين ترتيب تحت فشار قرار نمي گيرند .
هر روز صبح سرحال و قوي بيدار مي شويد و قادر خواهيد بود از عهده هرمسئله و چالشي كه برايتان پيش مي آيد ، برآييد!
پس همين الان ليوان هاتون رو زمين بذاريد
